Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Appearance in Court as an Authorized Representative.
2. Handling the execution of Arbitration cases.
3. Execution of warrant of attachment.
4. Service of notices.
5. Arbitration cases with regard to recovery of Loans
6. Execution of Arbitration Awards
7. Preparation of applications, reply & rejoinder
8. Properties visits
9. coordination with the external lawyers
10. Visit to client for collections/ Recovery
