we are hiring urgent requirement for Desktop Engineer For MNC ,21yrs old Company working with 1800+ Employees

Exp:1 to 3yrs
Shift:24*7(Rotational)
5 Days Working 2 Days weak off(Any 2 Days)

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows desktop Operating systems i.e. Win 7/8/10. Knowledge of Mac and Linux will be additional advantage.
2. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 2007/2008/2010/2016/2019 and any other authorized desktop applications.
3. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
4. Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops and printers.
5. Adhere to QMS and ISMS Policies and Procedures.
6. Asset Inventory

Required Candidate profile

Excellent Communication Skills
Good In Technical Knowledge
Knowledge of Mac and Linux will be additional advantage.
Adhere to QMS and ISMS Policies and Procedures.
