Job Description
MS Azure Architect Skills: Utilities: Azure Monitor, App Insights. Databases: Storage Accounts, CosmosDB, PostgreSQL. Infra: AKS, Azure Functions, API Management, Azure Frontdoor, Event Grid. Must Have : Ability to monitor and analyze Azure resources to provide L2 or L3 support Should have strong skills and hands-on experience on implementing Cloud Infrastructure Design Patterns Hands on experience as solution architecture in providing service and hosting solutions such as private/public Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. Should have architected for Azure Cloud Solutions, Data and Storage Hands on experience on Azure IaaS (VMs, VNET, NSG Rules, VPN Gateways and Express Route) Should be able to provide solutions to protect data, apps and infrastructure quickly with built-in security services in Azure Experience in cloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, application firewalls, SIEM, etc. Experience with resilient and highly available mission critical technology components. Should have used Azure Traffic Manager to optimally route network traffic Hands on experience in creating, deploying, configuring and scaling complex virtual resources on Azure Require to implement data security, including authentication, authorization, data policies, and standards. Should be able to define and implement data solution monitoring for both the data storage and data processing activities. Should configure variables, thresholds, and conditions to automatically switch to alternate data center Experience with multi-geo, multi-tier service design and operations Good Knowledge in Advanced analytics tools like Azure Machine Learning, Event Hubs and Azure Stream Analytics. Nice To Have: Experience in designing and configuration of data movement, streaming and transformation (ETL) technologies such as Azure Data Factory, HDF, Nifi, Kafka, Storm, Sqoop, SSIS, LogicApps, Signiant, Alteryx, Pentaho, IDQ Hand on experience in using the Azure Cloud Shell. Designing and Implementation experience in developing Infrastructure as Code(IaC) using ARM Templates Enterprise architecture design, engineering, operations and implementation design for Azure cloud based solutions and applications. Senior level Azure engineering design and architecture support to provide enterpriselevel solutions using physical and virtual networking technologies, server hosting, and storage solutions for legacy, hybrid, and cloud based applications. Evaluation, design, documentation, installation, implementation, testing, for innovative cloud solutions Uses monitoring, performance analysis, network analytics, and experiential skills to troubleshoot and isolate difficult problems. Performs estimates of performance and reliability of proposed cloud native and cloud hybrid solutions. Qualifications: Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Systems Engineering background with an expert knowledge of the Cloud Computing Reference Architecture. Azure Cloud Services (breadth and depth on key services to guide and contribute to onprem to cloud migration, and cloud O&M) Data Center cloud architecture, designs and patterns for large scale Data Centers. Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) concepts and principles. Azure Containerization and Microservices Azure Kubernetes Service and Clusters Microsoft File Systems, Operating Systems and Applications. Education, Experience and Certifications and Experience Bachelors degree and fourteen (14) years of experience; Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
