Our company is involved in providing corporate services in different areas. Our company is a 30 yrs old established company, with a team of approximately 1000 persons, promoted by experienced professionals & working with number of well-known company.
Job Brief:

Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters
Complete vendor on boarding documentation & approvals
Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
Obtain inputs from internal stakeholders on contract / agreement points
Drive all contracts for timely closures
Prepare forecast PO's against respective contracts for the contract period / term
Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate
Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders
Should handle periodic Vendor Performance Evaluation
Coordinate with stake holders for end to end outsourcing documentation and outsourcing sign off.
Responsible for timely upload of scanned/soft copy of documents related to each purchase requisition in Omini Docs/P2P system.
Handle Scanning & Filing of all physical documentation related to process and appropriate storage.
Prepare timely Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reports and share it to concern authority.
Timely update and maintaining of Master, Outsourcing Tracker etc.
Maintain and provide time to time data for audits.

Experience: 3+ years experience in Vendor & Contracts management/Procurement /Supply Chain

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain/Purchase

Designation: Vendor & Contracts Management

Working Days: Mon to Friday (4th Saturday will be working)

Office Timings: 9am to 6 pm
