8 10 years of experience in FMCG in General Trade
At-least 3 - 4 year experience as ASM in FMCG (Food & Beverages)
Strong expertise in Distributor Handling and Key Accounts Handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for launching Brand Partner's products in assigned state / territory
Responsible for achieving revenue and volume targets
Responsible for leading the state / area team
Responsible for appointment of Super Distributors , Distributors and Retailers
Responsible for developing and implementing beat / coverage plans
Responsible for ensuring availability and visibility of products at targeted number of retail outlets
Responsible for timely collections
Responsible for ensuring optimum inventory levels in distribution
Responsible for ensuring smooth and transparent implementation of schemes and promotions
Responsible for managing relationships with channel partners and Key Accounts
Responsible for resolving issues
Responsible for product feedback and competition activities
