Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Nagpur/Chandigarh

1) DMCA-6-9 years experience-Maximum CTC-6 LPA

2) CSM-9+ years -Maximum CTC-10.50 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

You shall be responsible for achieving weekly / monthly admission target

• You Shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation
• It is an inside Sales role job
• Calling on the data and inviting the students for a counselling session at the centre
• Showing presentation to students to whom you invited
• Doing face-to-face counselling and handling objection handling
• Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.
• Converting walk-ins into admission / enrolments.

What We Are Looking For:

•  Sales Experience in Education/ Retail industry/ Service Industry.
• Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.
• Preference would be given to Candidates from Education or Ed-Tech / Time-Share (Holiday Packages Sales) / Life Insurance (Only Direct Channel )
• Will be an added advantage if you have Experience in: Showing Presentation / High Sales-Conversion Ratio / Expertise in On-Spot Sales / Experience in Cold Calling / Direct Sales / Lead Generation / Should be comfortable to perform as individual contributor / One who believe in exceeding sales targets / Experience or exposure in various sales & marketing promotional activities / Road Shows / BTL Below the line activities / Experience in HNI Sales etc. / B2C Sales
