Position : Fitter Fabrication

Reporting to: Manager

Welding Grade: Fitter

Job location: Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu

Objective: Fabrication of pressure vessels, structural, manifold fit-up, Testing

Job Purpose: Manufacturing of Manifold and base frame required for Oil & Gas rig

• Should be taking care of Fabrication of Manifold and Base Frame fit-up
• Manifold (mud pump) piping fit-up.
• Ensure the quality requirements & acceptance criteria.
• Testing of Manifold & Base Frame as Per ATP.

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Qualification: ITI Fitter or DME

Key Competencies

• Gas Cutting plan, Marking fit-up , Dimensional Check, Quality Check, distortion Control, Assembly & Testing of Manifold, General drawing reading, Understanding and execution of fabrication work.
