Business Analyst @ Larsen & Toubro

Job Description

Experience: 3+yrs

JD:

1. Preferred qualification B-Tech (good institutes NIT/IIT) or MBA from top tier institutes (below the top 4 IIMs e.g. IIM-Nagpur, NMIMS etc)

2. Preferred domain E-Commerce/Retail/Distribution

3. Minimum of 2 years in business analysis/product management

4. Worked with UX (product design) teams for solution prototyping. Skilled at wireframing at high level

5. Good requirement Elicitation, Requirement documentation skills and converting to User Stories and Use cases

6. Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile and creating product backlogs

7. Hands on experience in requirement elicitation, solution scoping, UAT and functional testing

8. Excellent at collaborating and communicating with cross functional teams

9. Good to have: Managing Integrations with ERPs and third parties, experience with mobile applications

10. Worked on ALM tools like Jira, Azure Boards, Rally

11. Expert at MS office, Word, PPT
