Adobe's Advertising Cloud is an end-to-end platform to plan, buy, measure, and optimize all programmatic media investments.We make it simple to deliver video, display, and search advertising across any screen in any format. In addition, we enable a single source of truth and single view of your customers via ournative integrations with the broader Adobe DX portfolio. Building a fault tolerant, ultra-low latency system at very high scale while providing ease and convenience to our enterprise customers is critical to our success. We use big data, open-source technologies, and home-grown solutions to develop various services for Adobe Solutions, Customers and Partners.
We are looking for a seasoned technologist having deep expertise in architecting low-latency services at very high scale. The candidate will join a robust agile team that collaborates and works across all functions of true product development. It's expected for candidate to be leading from the front while engaging very well with the team and excelling at critical thinking and problem solving.
What you'll do

• Overall responsibility for the architecture and technology roadmap of Adobe Advertising Cloud
  
• Lead architecture and technology choices along withimplementation strategy for major sub-systems & components of Adobe Advertising Cloud
  
• Innovate to improve robustness, latencies, and data insights
  
• Articulate technology roadmap and strategy to cross-functional teams
  
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
  
• Review and provide feedback on architecture, design, and implementation
  
• Collaborate with other architects across Adobe
  

What you need to succeed

• PhD/MS/MTech/in Computer Science
  
• 15+ year experience in design, development, and deployment of data-driven, complex distributed systems
  
• 3+ years as a Lead/Chief Architect
  
• Expertise in architecting, building, and maintaining ultra-low latency, cost-efficient systems in cloud environments
  
• AdTechexperience at a leading DMP or DSP provider
  
• Excellent track record in modernizing cloud-based applications using micro services, containers, and serverless architectures
  
• Experience and working knowledge of AI/ML/ML Ops with respect to building large-scale, data-intensive applications
  
• Good knowledge of data security and handling PII data and privacy regulation framework like GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOX, etc.
  
• Strong leadership skills to drive good coding and design practices across multiple engineering teams
  
• Strong communication skills to present ideas to executive management to drive a long-term technology vision and influence product strategy
