Job Description

To acquire land for the company
Lead generation - Quality leads
To attend Land owner meeting
To coordinate with internal departments and to get deal completed
Networking with real estate mediators, Land owners
Understanding of all the laws related to Land including RERA.
Understanding of the Real Estate business and Infrastructure
Understanding Legal drafting business model ( JV, JDA, conveyance deeds, leased, etc)
Experience in land survey, Micro siting, Land Procurement and identification of land.
