Job description:

The position needs to support in development and execution of a strategic vision with the latest Trend, Mood boards, and customer-centric approach all while delivering on sales and profit objectives.

Responsibilities:
Experience in Women's Footwear Designing
Working with the Sales team on styles and trends.
Well versed with all the designing software like Adobe Suite, Illustrator, and hand sketching including rendering skills
Creating mood boards to experiment with shapes, colors, and materials/fabrics.
Liaising with buying and Sales team to anticipate if the styles will work well in the market.
Researching design ideas, following a brief.
Adapting existing footwear collections.
Design and deliver innovative design solutions with efficiency to meet the basic standards of all products.
Proficient in sketching by hand and on the computer.
Ability to work on projects independently.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Conduct visual survey and conceptualization and establish better communication with various team members.
can work well with our R & D team.

Knowledge of foot anatomy
Understands different materials and combinations
Have technical product knowledge
Have a strong sense of international market trends and forecast
Excellent English Communication skills
