Qualification: MBA HR

Experience: 1+ Years in To Recruitment / Staffing / Placement Agency

CTC: Annual CTC Max Up To 3 Lakh Per Annum

Job Profile:

Maintaining a detailed record of the company's employees
Administering all the hiring processes of new employees,
Reviewing resumes and applications, Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters / documents / certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
