Job Description

The .net Software Engineer is an integral part of our engineering team, helping the development of our innovative software products. This position focuses on learning the existing systems and will participate to extend it as the business grows. In addition, the incumbent will possess strong SQL AZURE knowledge, experience working with multi - tier applications and experience working with server - side web application software for functionality across multiple browser platforms. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop and document software components using best practices.
Contribute original ideas and architectural thinking.
Maintain and support current system and ongoing beta programs.
Perform code and design review.
Hands - on development and maintenance of software applications/ components.
REQUIRED SKILL SET AND EXPERIENCE
B.tech/ B.E/ BCA in Computer Science or related field.
2+ years working experience and excellent programming skills in several of the following: C#/ .NET, SQL, WCF, XML, IIS/ ASP.NET, Design Patterns
Good understanding of the software development cycle and agile development practices
Familiarity with data structures and algorithms as well as feature definition, design and feasibility
Ability to translate technical specifications into working code, and solve complex problems with consideration of the end user experience
Passion for quality, customer satisfaction, and new technologies
Great communication and cross - team collaboration skills
DESIRABLE
Programming experience in Windows Azure, SQL Azure and Windows Azure AppFabric.
