Job Description

Required skillset: HTML5, CSS3, plain JavaScript.
Experience in developing HTML5 applications for WPE browser for Set-top box and/or Smart TV.
Experience in implementing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Experience in optimizing memory utilization of web applications.
Good knowledge of page speed and web performance best practices.
Proficient understanding of GIT versioning.
Required skillset: NodeJs, AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB), serverless architecture.
Experience in developing robust, high performance & secure backend systems with session management, authentication, access control, data encryption.
Experience in developing, implementing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Experience in developing systems with asynchronous web services.
Proficient understanding of GIT versioning.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Lead a team of frontend & backend developers, work closely with stakeholders including Business team, Product team, Design team, QA team, Support team, and system owner of various upstream and downstream systems.
Design solutions and manage deliveries for business requirements. Ensure service quality, service availability meeting SLA, comply with Astro policies, including both application and infrastructure. Continuously improve the services, upskill developers, adapt to best practices.
