We Excel Placement having a opening for SALES ADMINISTRATION for one of our reputed client in IT & Education field in Aurangabad.

Qualification: Any Graduate.
Experience: 0-3 Yrs.
Salary: 12000+Incentives.
Job Timing: 10am to 5pm.
Job Location: Aurangabad City.

Job Profile:

1.Maximizing the conversion of the leads received through various sources.
2. Calling new leads and follow up with the existing (old) leads.
3. Maintain and update sales and customer records.
4. Maintain an accurate database of customer and prospect information in the CRM software.
5. Process enrolments via CRM.
6. Coordinate with the Head Office team for smooth functioning of operations.
7. Provide admin. support to the enrolled participants to help resolve their administrative queries.
8. Create monthly sales & conversion reports.
9. Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
10. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
11. Stay up to date with new products and features.
12. Attend internal meetings.
13. Posting relevant information on WhatsApp groups/ Facebook.
14. Daily upkeep of the office.
