Profile ;- Agency Manager(Agency Channel)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Profile: -
1. To identify potential Financial Advisors & recruit them from your natural contact & references.
2. To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRD Aprocess & regulations & sales & soft skills.
3. To schedule the IRDA Exam for the prospect Advisor & generating their Code.
4. Set targets for advisors, review them & consistently motivate themto generate maximum business out of them.
5. Designing contests & arranging campaign s for lead generation ofprospective clients & advisors.6. Reporting to the Branch Manager

Desired Candidate Criteria: -
1. Any Graduate are welcomed.
2. Must be a localize in City for at least an 2 year.
3. Professional having any Sales & Marketing experience from any industry.
4. Candidate should be an excellent team player & should pose goodleadership qualities.
5. Good communication skills & present ability. Good Network
6. Age Limit: 21 to 45 years.
