Job Description
:Bancassurance
*Generating Leads through Bank staffs & walk in Customers.
*Maintaining relationship with Bank staffs and motivating them to promote HI Product.
*Follow up and convert the leads into sales.
*Arranging training to the Bank staffs whenever it is required.
*Solving queries of the existing customers.
*Reporting to the Cluster Manager about the lead generation and daily activities.
*Collecting the renewal premium from the existing customers on time.
*Achieving target in all parameters in terms of Business, Persistency and Activation
Agency
Recruitment of agents
* Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits
* Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure that these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels
* Conduct weekly performance review with agents
* Help agents for maximizing business from a given target market
* Identify, interview and select new agents
* Undertake joint field work with agents and demonstrate successful sales skills
* Provide feedback to trainers on group and individual development of agents
* Ensure that agents under supervision perform as per the company's rules and regulations
Branch Manager - Team Handling
Sales call planning - Analysis of territory opportunities, strategies for effective territory coverage, customer research, identifying, prospecting and dealing with diverse customer profiles.
* Achieving sales targets as per budget.
* Acting as a mentor, coach & trainer for your team and drive them to meet their monthly targets.
* Development of professional standards in the team by regularly training them on product and sales
Package offered is 2.4 to 12 Lakhs depending on the current CTC.
