Location : Ichhapur, Surat
Education : HR Background
Experience : 7-9 years

Job Responsibilities :
Human Resource (Relations) Management:
To Lead HR Team by working & guiding them in all HR Functions stated below:
- Recruitment & Selection: understanding Hiring requirement, Preparing JD, Sourcing, Initial
Screening by telephonic Interviews, One & One Interviews, Selection, Employment Offer.
- Organization transformation / Change management
- Organization Development
- Induction Onboarding:
- Policy Formulation: All HR, Business, Operations, Administration policies.
- Various policy on attendance & Leave Management and payroll management.
- Statutory Compliances: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Mediclaim, Insurance, Bonus, Gratuity etc.
- Implement PMS system
- Employee Assistance & Wellness:
- Learning & Development: Training, Event Management,
- Grievances handling: Conflict Resolution, Employee Relations, assuring adherence of Company
Code of Conduct by all employees.
- Periodic HR Audit: Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly.
- HR Administration: HR MIS Management. HR Operations,
