We are hiring for one of our esteemed client for Hyderabad location. Please find the details below.

Process: Voice.
Type: Permanent.
Mode of Interview: Zoom meet.

Position:
Customer Support Associate (Fresher)
Process Associate (Experience)

Job Description:
Inbound calls.
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Maintaining good rapo with the customers.
Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media.
Ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.

Salary:
16k (stipend) for fresher.
Up to 4LPA (depends on last CTC) for experience.

Shift:
Rotational (any 9 hours)

Eligibility:
Any Graduates.
Fresher/Experience can apply.
Comfortable for relocation.
Excellent Communication in English / English + Hindi.
Work from Office.
