Job Description:
1.Talk with Prospects to understand their needs and take the steps for negotiation and closer.
2.Objection Handling and Negotiation with Hot Leads to finalize the Deal.
3.Conduct Onsite & Virtual visits and to clear the queries of prospects.
4.Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a deal.
5.Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties on filed to offer them real estate deals.
6.Nurture Leads and maintain a Relational Sales Persona.
7.Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
8.Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and contracts.
9.Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
10.Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
11.Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
12.Participate in BTL Activities to generate new Leads and to improve Brand Reputation.
13.Prepare timely and accurate sales report for Management Decision Making.
