JOB DESCRIPTION:- AUTOMOBILE ENGINEER.
Providing daily process support for the manufacturing of existing products through regular interaction with the production floor and deep knowledge of the production equipment
Work collaboratively with emission calibration and system teams to progress technology from laboratory to engine dyno and vehicle evaluation/development
Design and conduct necessary lab tests to verify and confirm new materials/designs in the market for its applications to internal EDS development
Product development leader responsible for delivering air leakage targets from early program through launch
Serves as the expert in automotive application development, patterns and design for reuse
Conduct both fundamental and applied laboratory research on automotive catalyst and aftertreatment technologies
Develop first principle models to complement experimental research efforts and aid in system application
Stay informed of external developments relevant to automotive catalysis and emission control within academia, national labs, supply base, and competition
Independently or with help responsible for electrical distribution system
