HiWe have current new requirement for Tele-Callers & Customer Care Executive for Hyderabad & Bangalore Location 20+ Vacancy:-
Job description- Roles and Responsibilities-Fresher are Eligible
Key accountabilities ( A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned )
To Make outgoing & Receive Inbound calls
Regular follow up with the Customers for Renewal collections and update .
Good & Pleasing Communication Skills, Excellent telephone courtesy & customer handling.
Achieve renewal targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis
Desired Profile
Any Graduate, 10+2 (Intermediate qualified also applicable)
Good Communication Skill & Soft Spoken & Pleasing Skills.
Good in Relationship Building
Good Convincing and Retention of customer
Languages Required (Mandatory):-
1.Tamil & Other Language
2.Marathi & Other Language
Bengali & Other Language
Oriya & Hindi Language
5.Oriya & Telugu Language
6.Mallyalam & Other Language

Should be Graduate or 10+ 2 Qualified
Age Criteria 21 - 27 years of age
Insurance /BFSI any Sales experience of Min 6 months or 1 year
Must be a local resident current anywhere Hyderabad
Should be fluent in local language or respective regional language
