for Assistant Manager - Planning :-Job Description for Assistant Manager Planning
- a)Qualification: B.E.Civil + NICMAR will be an advantage.
- b)Experience: 7-12 years of experience. Should have good experience in large industrial projects and logistics parks, having successfully completed from concept to commissioning stages.
- c)Capabilities:
- Independently able to handle planning & monitoring of large projects.
- Should be able to prepare & monitor resource charts.
- Should be well versed with project planning and monitoring using MSP.
- Independently able to handle quantity estimation & estimation of large projects.
- Should be able to work on multiple projects.
- Should be able to prepare & monitor costs and quantities.
- Should be well versed with latest quantity surveying practices.
- Should be good at project reporting.
- Should have excellent technical knowledge and understanding of project.
- Should prepare management reports in consultation with Seniors.
- Good written and verbal skills in English.
- Willing to work long hours as required.
- Should be willing to travel for work as required.
- Should be sincere, honest and a reliable resource.
- Seeking long term association and career with the organization.
- Position is based out of Head-Office at Mumbai.
d)Budget Salary is Open and not a bar for good Candidates
e)Reporting to Head Projects
