• Experience as P&C domain consultant / business analyst.
• Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance products, Underwriting & policy administration function
• Experience of working in Underwriting Desktop/Workbench projects will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of end-to-end insurance value chain
• Experience should include requirements gathering and analysis, business process consulting, prototype development and product configuration.
• Experience in Agile development
• Strong consulting and customer facing skills Strong leadership skills
