We are recruiting customer service representatives for International BPO into voice process

Excellent opportunity for HSC / graduate freshers to start a career with BPO Industry

What we're looking for

Candidates with excellent written & verbal communication skills in English

Minimum HSC qualified

Candidates comfortable with rotational night shifts & work from office

All personal / academic / professional documents mandatory

Double vaccination required

Age criteria - 18 to 40

Location - Mumbai

Job description :-

Handling inbound calls

Resolving customer queries & issues

Ensuring customer satisfaction

5 days work 2 rotational week offs

Transport will be provided by the company

Experienced candidates can get good salary packages

Salary range - 14k to 33k net take home
