Job Description:
The Customer Success Lead is a critical position that drives Company's mission of being a client-centric company. As the first line responder for customer interactions, this position is responsible to ensure Customer delight and champion the cause of the customer.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Interact with customers through text messages, email, phone calls, and Zoom meetings
Onboard customers in a systemic way (90 day onboarding journey) and handhold them throughout the process
Provide ongoing education and updates about the product software to customers
Connect the product capabilities to solving the users business problems
Create short video tutorials and user guides on specific product capabilities
Resolve customers questions, concerns by taking appropriate actions
Identify and proactive reach out to clients that have stopped using the software
Navigate internally with tech team on bugs and tickets that require tech involvement
Collects data and feedback on additional capabilities that is likely to further champion the customers cause and make it easier for them to do business
Drive opportunities to ask for referrals, reviews and testimonials from clients
Recommend updates to existing processes
Performs other related duties as assigned such as running polls with clients, performing adhoc admin tasks, testing out new product developments, etc.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Attention to detail
Problem Solving and Organizational skills
Time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
Compassion in understanding the clients issues and how it affects their business
Proficient with MS Office, eMail and ability to sit infront of a computer for long time
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Comfortable in recording zoom training videos (preferred)

Education and Experience:
Shift Times: 3:30 pm (IST) to 8:30 am (IST) Rotation every 1 month
Work Location: Kondapur - Hyderabad
Prior interactions with Customers to resolve their issues is preferred
Salary - 3,00,000 to 6,00,000 Per annum.
