Designation: Sr engineer - moulding technician

Experience: 4 to 12

Qualification: Diploma / ITI

2.Ensure the process as per standard setting carry out the trouble shooting
3. Execute and control the production activities in molding as per production plan
4. Meet the production targets and objectives.
5. Maintain the safe work environment in molding by using all the PPE's required for that area.
6. Manpower control as allocated in route list
7. Maintain documentation as per standard global procedure
8. 5S in molding area.
9. Control and Analysis the rejection in process.
10. Co-ordinate for new trials and establish the process.
11. Work on improvements in cycle time reduction and Process Improvement.
12. Drive the team for Kaizens and represent the same.
13. Do mould changes when the need arises
14. Do conduct validation process for medical parts
General Responsibilities

Co-ordinate for the other dept. as when required.

Maintain the audit action plans in molding
Special Skills / Knowledge Requirements
1 Able to maintain the production activities and trouble shooting in injection moulding
2 Basic knowledge about QMS and EMS
3 Basic knowledge in tool and machine maintenance
4 Knowledge in 13485
Academic / Related Work Experience Requirements
1 Diploma in Engineering or ITI
