Eligibility

  • Age: 18-35 years
  • Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Diploma Degree
  • Candidates with following Skills will be preferred: Offline & Online Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Good IQ, Critical Thinking, Strong Aptitude & Management Skills
  • Fluency in English & Hindi Communications is must
  • Experienced candidate will be preferred
  • Freshers can also apply
  • Only female candidate needs to apply

Key Responsibilities

  • Exhibit Personal & Professional responsibility
  • Creating a Safe and Stimulating environment for CEO to work
  • Acting as the point of contact between the director and internal/external employees/clients
  • Coordination of a complex blend of company tasks, assignments etc.
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Product listing on various platforms, Inventory Management etc.
  • Maintaining Sales Records & Taking Care of all division business Leads, Sales Followups
  • Need to work on Offline & Field Marketing in case required
  • Need to do Business Vendors, Client & Investor Meetings & Presentations
  • Ensuring Company Operations From Lead Generation till Customer Order Delivery
  • Daily Reporting of Each Day Work in Excel to director
  • Travel for business meetings with director & team members in/out of the city if required
  • Ability and Willing to learn new things on a regular basis
  • Any other responsibility if given by director/company

Salary & Benefits:

  • SalaryRs. 12,500- 18,000 per month + Incentives + Bonus(depends on interview)
  • Incentives (As per sales and other responsibilities)
  • Bonus (As per Business Target)
  • Within 6 months after joining, If either of the business target is achieved (which is not so difficult if hard work is done in a correct manner), the candidate salary will be 100% hiked (double from joining salary)+ 1% of business target (Approx. Between Rs. 1-5 lacs) will be awarded as BONUS.

Working Hours:

  • Mon-Sat, 9 hrs/day, 6 days/week
  • Work Time: 08:00 AM-08:00 PM(Includes 3 hrs lunch break)
  • Work from Home 
  • Required to come to office or meeting whenever n where ever required
