Job Description

• Build the Component in system and deliver to business based on business requirements.
• Own the responsibility for managing technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Capability to understand the product fitment to user requirement .
• Should be well versed with core feature and limitations of IFS FSM product.
• Excellence in customer consulting on best practice solution as per industry standard.
• Need to work with IFS FSM developers, FSM domain experts, SME's and FSM consultants both internal and from external partners.
• Should strive for continuous Improvements of base functionalities in FSM.
• Solving technical issues occurring during the implementation and deployment phase.
• Support enhancements to production systems including resolving issues related to recent releases.
• Monitoring, Motivation, Reporting and timely project execution will be your part of responsibility.
• You will also deliver high quality code, configurations and documents deliverables during all phases of software development flow.
• Design and develop critical solutions used daily by our customers and partners.
• Partner and work collaboratively with cross-functional platform and other platform owners to ensure the overall integrity of the entire systems landscape.
• You will be responsible for IFS-FSM/PSO releases process and management.
• 5+ years of experience as a developer in IFS FSM, PSO and Mobility
• Hands-on experience of all the Configuration, UI Designing Tool and Customization capabilities of IFSM FSM applications.
• Experienced in FSM mobile application Designing, Client scripting and Customization.
• Experience in component development using C# and JavaScript.
• Good hand-on experience in development of SQL queries, Views and Store procedures.
• Solid hands-on experience with integrations between IFS FSM, CRM and ERP Solutions
• Have experience of third-party Integration with FSM applications and should have a good understanding of REST and SOAP API Web services
• Experience with IFS PSO
• Strong experience with exposing native platform capabilities to external platforms and consuming external services through API, Micro-services and SDK integrations
• Exposure to working in a highly integrated Omni-channel (Web, IoT, Mobile Apps) CRM experience
• Ability to define and execute data migration components
