Roles and Responsibilities

1. Provide support in hiring of talent at the Jio centers with focus on Home Business (Direct/indirect) and Mobility
2. Source resumes from various job portals and employee referrals
3. Shortlist and schedule interviews
4. Drive walk-in, social media campaigns, tie-up with NGOs/Skill councils
5. Offer processing in the hiring portal, preboarding, joinings, and documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Knowledge of job portals
2. Knowledge of MS Excel
3. Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
4. Speak the local language
5. Target orientation
