Excellent job openign for Project Manager / Manager R&D for reputed client into manufacturing of Electrical meters and other Automation Components at Navi Mumbai.

Macro Role:

Subject expert with hardware and firmware self-execution capability with End to end independent core
development of complex projects:
Able to execute projects on New platform development for electrical meters and protection relays.

Specific Responsibilities:

To create robust project plan, efficient resource allocation & mapping, create greater than 60% Bandwidth for
self-execution, aggressive targets, team building & training, technical gates.
Capable of handling team 15 to 20 bright engineers & empower the team.
Skills Required:
Technical: Subject expert on Hardware + Embedded, Accuracy, product standards, production requirements
Must have Skills including software, hardware, inputs for mechanical & aesthetics, inputs for design &
manufacturing setups, competitor product selection/ technical references, technical assessment, sourcing.
100% independent
Management: Project execution, Reviews, Representing to Management
Communication: Excellent Leadership quality
Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Electrical or Electronics) or Masters
Experience: 10+ Years
