Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Purpose of role : We seek an experienced US Corporate Tax Manager for our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience; possess an entrepreneurial perspective, sound judgment, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. This candidate will play a pivotal role in helping direct and shape the future of our US international tax group in our Mumbai and UK offices.

Key Responsibilities : Prepare federal and state income tax returns by utilizing specialised tax software
Prepare and conduct sales and use tax, property tax returns, payroll taxes and
withholding analysis
Calculate estimated tax and process filings
Advise clients in domestic tax positions such as provision, due diligence, refund
analysis, corporate integrations and restructuring
Conduct in-depth analysis and prepare reports for complex international tax
positions, such as foreign tax credit planning, foreign exchange settlements,
treaty analysis, royalty, and management services
Research and draft opinion memoranda on resolving highly complex, technical
tax issues, review tax filings and research tax positions
Prepare responses to different tax authorities requests and inquiries.
