Job Description

Title: IT Recruiter Required Experience: 0-5 Yrs. Experience into IT Recruitment. Strong experience into contract staffing. Experience working on client requirements. Experience working on niche requirements. Strong Knowledge on IT Technologies. Excellent communication with good negotiation skills. Qualification : any Graduates. Responsibilities: 1. Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer) 2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications 3. Screen candidates resumes and job applications 4. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods 5. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
