Job Description

Manpower Budget: Responsible for headcount budgeting, review/control, and timely communication of changes to the regional recruitment team.

To avoid budget overruns or offer rejections, share the staffing budget with the business team as soon as possible.

Align with business to implement talent engagement and development initiatives.

Connect with Sales and other employees to understand their challenges and define development plans.

Coordinate with Regional HR on crucial available roles and keep Business Heads informed of progress.

Handle overall recruitment through internal or external sources in line with hiring guidelines.

Partner with business on workforce planning and identification of required capabilities and skills.

Conducting Panel Discussions & Reviews for Annual Performance Review / Award Finalization.

Building Employee Connect and Relations,including the resolution of conflict
