Job Description
Provide robust modeling and reporting to facilitate executive: level decision-making.Strong analytical skills; support operations through analysis of key performance indicators and trends.
Consensus : driven communicator; liaise across various business units and promote organizational success.
Rapidly adapt to new technologies and possess expertise with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
Coordinate with Managers of all Departments for Monthly Management update report.
Experience in quantitative/statistical analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Going through each report and highlighting the important issues to the Directors.
Handling expenses of the other branch office by preparing a Quarterly budget sheet.
Fixing meetings with clients and replying to emails of the Directors.
Organizing meetings by scheduling everyones calendar.
Coordinating with different departments like Tech, Risk, Operations, Marketing to get the work done timely manner.
