Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities- Create innovative interaction designs, information architecture, use cases and task flows that provide consistent and simple solutions for complex Education Sector / University.
- Provide detailed designs, interaction guidelines and interactive prototypes for responsive mobile and desktop applications.
- Understand complex functional requirements in enterprise information management domains such as document management, big data analytics or business process management.
- Responsible for production, design and asset management for each project assigned.
- Work closely with fellow designers, software development teams, visuals designers, usability specialists, and managers. directors and leadership.
- Must be well versed in user centred design methods and techniques.
- Self Motivation, excellent communication, an open mind, the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams, and the skills to balance great design with short deadlines.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in UX/IX-related positions
- High level of proficiency with leading UX Design software packages, such as Axure, Sketch, XD,Figma, InVision, or Experience Design including the core Adobe Creative Suite products.
- Detailed experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot and analyze websites using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
- Utilize low fidelity, medium and high-fidelity prototypes across the different stages of the design process.
- Analyze, synthe and organize research data into meaningful themes, categories and visually compelling frameworks and behavioral models.
- Self-organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities quickly in response to changing departmental goals.
- Strong sense of usability, modern design principles, adaptable and team oriented.
- Design portfolio required (provide PDF or URL of sample design work)
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Strong commitment to high quality, personal work ethic, while adhering to departmental and corporate standards and guidelines
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
