Summary of the Role:
Creating the overall sales training framework/ process for new joiners and existing sales team o Training duration, training modules, trainee evaluations etc. Create sales training collateral (training presentations, sales pitches, objection handlings and mock calls etc.) Identify cross-functional collaboration needs to ensure impactful training Deliver the training based on created framework and leveraging the developed collateral Preparing/ delivering training modules as identified by business including a mix of soft and core skills Ensuring team readiness to join the floor with all training objectives fulfilled.
