• Must have 1 year Experience as a HR Recruiter or Sales Executive in call center or in a recruitment Consultancy
• We need very very good spoken English
• if experience in the same domain will be added advantages
• Age 18- 30 Years
• Preference candidate from west Delhi Only ( No Out Station Candidate)
• Timings - 10 Am - 7 pm (Monday to Saturday) Sunday Off

Job Responsibilities

• Taking Telephonic Rounds of the candidates over the phone, to check their communication skills, Personality.
• Briefing them about the Aviation Courses
• Lining up the candidates for Pr-Screening round and inviting them to the academy to check their Eligibility criteria. (As we do not give admissions to everyone).
• Good convincing and communication skills.
• This Job requires Excellent communication Skills, as a HR as you would be speaking to PAN India Candidates for Jobs and admissions
