Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Level
Plan/Execute Marketing and Business Development activities as assigned.
Lead generation on various platform like- LinkedIn etc
Cold calling / Conversion and sales. B2B sales
Keep records of all calls and sales and note useful information.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to customers.
To strengthen the company's reach in the assigned market.
Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development.
Understanding the future perspective of the company and developing strategies for growth accordingly.

Team Level
1. Motivates a team of 10 BDEs to sell at the best of their capabilities.
2. Probation period is most important to accomplish the business requirement.
3. Grows the team to 20 - 25 team members as soon as possible.
4. Increase sales for the company with desire target achiever.
5. Train BDE in the team to cooperate with the rest of the team members.


Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Both, female and male applicants will be considered with equal importance.
2. Minimum 8-9 years of experience in handling a team.
3. Excellent sales and customer service skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Previous experience working as a Team Leader / Manager.
6. Strong skills and experience in leadership and sales.
7. Collaborates with superior colleagues to set higher goals and establish strategies
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
