L2 & L3 Switch, Router, Link troubleshooting and recovery in case of any outage

Trend based consultancy based on historical data samples and Capacity Planning

Providing selective resource access by configuring suitable access list on the switch

Configuring authentication protocols that are available in Cisco IOS (like AAA) if any available in clients environment

LAN attack detection and Mitigation

LAN security alarm Monitoring and Management

Real-time End-User Monitoring

Device Configuration management

Configuration Backup Management

WLAN Configuration fine-tuning

Upgradation and management of Firmware (AP OS)

Switch Inventory Management

Online Switch Network Availability Dashboard

Vendor Coordination

Configuration-backup and management

IOS/FOS upgradation based on the inputs of the OEM

Vulnerability assessment

Generation of Reports like Performing Switch, Router, Load Balancer Appliance Availability Report, CPU utilization Report, Capacity Planning Report and Trend Analysis Report.

Incident / Request Fulfillment / Change management

Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents

Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis

Performance tuning suggest by OEM

Updation and maintenance of Availability, Capacity management

Risk Analysis and providing the mitigation plan

Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions

Planning and execution of DR Drills based on availability of DR setup and recovery procedures (Applicable if the DR is in scope

Preparing, maintaining and updation of SOP and KBase

Maintaining and updation of Infra AS IS / Infra Documents
