Manufacturers,Supplies, Distributes & Exports Drug Intermediates and Specialty Chemicals. The company has a strong team of Technocrats & Chemists for the synthesis of Drug and Organic Intermediates for Supply to Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies in Domestic Market and for Export.
The CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) plant is located at Dahej in Gujarat having very good infrastructure in the chemical zone.
Organic Has wide experience in the Indian and International market and the company meets the requirements of Regulatory agencies such asUSFDA, EDQM, MHRA, TGA , etc.
POST : SENIOR EXPORT EXECUTIVE
- Preparation of Preshipment and Post shipment documentation. SAP entry of documents and generating SALES Order.
- Pre shipment documents to CHA and follow-up CHA for DO,BL DRAFT,FINAL BL & Surrender of BL.
- Forwarding preshipment documents to Factory and Co-ordination with factory for Stuffing documentation and stuffing photographs and forwarding the same to CHA for releasing the Shipping BILL.
- Follow up with CHA for ON BOARD CONFIRMATION of shipment ,ETD and ETA at destination.
- Follow up with Marketing personnel for approval of BL DRAFT from customer and sending approved BL draft to CHA for release of final BL.
- EPCG Licence Application, documents for registration of Licence.Imports under EPCG Licence, followup with CHA. Closure of licence, documentation and follow up with Consultant.
- Post shipment documents negotiation with the bank.
- Forwarding Original Post shipment documents to customer after receipt of payment.
- Statement of outstanding pending order and realisation.
- Documentation of Validation of stuffing permission ,followup with CHA -
- Checking of Clearing & Forwarding Bills and Co-ordination with Accounts Dept.for Payment.
- Monitoring of Draw backpayment ,statement of Pending Draw back ,followup with CHA CAL HYPO, PP and Plenco Export shipments.
Salary as per the experience
Timings - 9.30 am - 6.00 pm
Week off : Sunday
