Education, Experience, and Skill Required:
3-4 years of IT Telecom Experience on Avaya
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Qualifications:
Avaya Certified Specialist (ACS)
CCNA OR CCNP Certified
Package: Between 7.0 Lac to 7.5Lac per annum (Negotiable as per candidate skills)
Technical Requirements
Knowledge and experience of Avaya Aura Communications Manager 8.0.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Avaya Communications Manager Software, including CMS Reporting (admin and design), Call Accounting and Call Recording Software systems.
Knowledge and experience of Gateway G450/650, Session Border Controller (SBC), Avaya Session Manager (SM), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)
Knowledge and experience with Avaya IPOCC 500 V2
IP Telephony Design and Implementation Including provisioning of circuit cards, trunking and VoIP phones
Knowledge of Enterprise, Call Center Architecture and ACD Design
Advanced Inbound and Outbound call routing and dial plan design
Key duties and responsibilities
Must handle all kinds of telecommunication devices and use them in the proper manner.
Will have to inspect and service telecommunication devices in a frequent interval of time.
Must possess good problem solving ability.
IP Telephony Design and Implementation Including provisioning of circuit cards, trunking and VoIP phones
Plan and maintain the highly technical, logical configuration of phone system technologies
Work with telecom vendors on a variety of products and services (MPLS, Voice, IP, ISDN, Fiber etc.).
Collaborate with outside vendors to provide knowledge of network and voice technologies to ensure successful implementations of new or changed systems.
