Job description
Resolution of Recovery Portfolio Personal Loan Unsecured
Outlining the many potential methods for recovering NPA/written-off accounts,
Selection of collection, skip-tracing, and performance-monitoring agencies
Coaching DRAs and Collection Agents.
Investigating the various legal options available and supporting the legal team
Follow up and bargain with the customers in a consistent and efficient manner.
Coordinating with attorneys, authorities on economic crimes, police, and other statutory authorities.
Regular court appearances to handle legal cases.
Facilitating the efficient liquidation of the borrower's securities' collateral assets.
Setting up the MIS for daily receivables and informing the HO office of the same

Qualifications and skills:
Knowledge of Collection Recoveries and Write off portfolio
4- 6 years of experience in Banks / NBFCs
