Job description
Roles and Responsibilities

* AAM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.

* Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.

* Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA certification.

* Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.

* Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Graduate

* 1 - 2 years experience in sales. Experience in Insurance, Banking, Broking, Financial product selling, Telecom, IT sales, Consumer Goods, Pharma sales.

* Need to have hunger for growth in life.

* Proficiency in English and local language.

* Need aggressive, ambitious, clear thought process guys.
