Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

For PATENT Associates- Required in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotech and Electronics, AI

Patent Prior Art Searches- both patent and non-patent publications

Drafting of patent Applications- both provisional and complete specification

Prosecution of Patent Applications, drafting reply to examination reports

Attending hearing / Assisting in hearings

Drafting/Assisting in drafting of patent opposition representations and reply statements

Patent infringement analysis and preparing reports

For TRADEMARK Associates-

Worldwide Trademark Searches and advice

Prosecution of trademark applications, drafting reply to examination reports

Drafting Trademark opposition representations and counter statements

Desired Candidate Profile

For PATENT Associates-

Ph.D. / M.Sc. / M. Pharmacy/ M. Tech./B. Tech. in any of the above mentioned technical fields with minimum 3-4 years of experience in any reputed IP Law Firm or as in-house IP team member of any company of repute. Candidates should have sound work knowledge and experience in above mentioned activities.

Patent Agent qualification is desired but not mandatory for deserving candidates

For TRADEMARK Associates-

Trademark Agents or Advocates / Lawyers with minimum of 3-4 years of experience in any reputed IP law firm or in-house IP team of any company of repute. Candidates should have sound work knowledge and experience in prosecution of trademark applications
