This is a VBA Developer position for eclerx India office. which covers ultra-high net worth clients.
The candidate will be part of tactical automation team on VBA technology. Role requires one to be keen on various aspects of applications in MS office package, identifying possible opportunities, proposing feasible scope and develop solutions for end users consumption. Project documentation (BRD), Interaction with various teams and driving through UAT till final sign-off on EUC.

Desired Candidate Profile: The candidate must have experience in the following.

- Extensive experience in writing VBA macros for Excel and Outlook

- Working with Access DB through Excel VBA for writing connection, sql queries and data reading/updation

- Developing, configuring macros and scripts that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand

- Interact with operation teams for requirement gathering and implementation and UAT

- Creating and maintaining documentation. Good in interrogation, integration and data binding

- Ability to quickly grasp existing code and provide fixes

- Having knowledge about Crawlers, PowerQuery, Dashboard Creation, Mainframe automation through VBA would be an added advantage

- Should able to work individually without much intervention

Qualifications - External

1. Candidate should be well versed with MS-Office package applications

2. Extensive experience in VBA technology

3. Database: Access DB and Access queries for writing SQL queries

4. Strong written and oral communication skills. Should be comfortable talking to users.
