Infosys BPM Pvt Ltd is hiring For Warranty Management

Location: Pune

Experience: 2-6 years

Shifts: 1-10pm IST ( UK shift timings )

Job Description:

*Experience in Warranty Management, Warranty Supplier/Vendor recovery Management, Root
cause analysis (RCA), write off process (specially for electronic goods)
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience in Retail domain will be an advantage
*Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders & proactive issue resolution
* Hands on experience with SAP,IFS application
*Exposure to UK retail market will be a big advantage
*The ability to work within a deadline focused environment
*Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Experience in team handling will be added advantage
*Bachelor Degree (preferable Electrical and Electronic back ground)
