Liase with client to help grow the account

Understand the requirements, criticality from the client

Seek active feedback from client on shared proposals

Create & present management dashboards

Proactively manage client escalation

Good to have The candidate should have sales acumen, be ready for upwards challenges, be able to go that extra mile & think on his/ her feet to find solutions to unique challenges

Additional skills:

3. Analytical Skills

1) Must Have (Top 3 skills):

a. Requirement Analysis & Documentation : FSD creation, Flowcharts, Use Case creation, Process & Gap Analysis, SDLC

b. Understanding on Supply Chain operations process & solution (Any industry would do)

c. Client Communication & Presentation Skills

d. Basic SQL skill and basic java language skill

2) Good To have :

Automotive Industry Exposure : Knowledge on Forecasting, Order Management, Logistics, Sales, invoicing & delivery process

Enterprise Architect or Similar requirement management tools
