HR IT Recruiter | Work From Home | 1 To 6 Years | Females Only

Location:-Shillong, Resubelpara, Shillong Cantonment

Roles and Responsibilities

Orcapod is looking for HR IT Female recruiters.
Minimum 1 year to 6 years Experience is must.
Fully work from Home
Timings:- 9:30-6:30 PM (2nd and 4th sat off)
Must have own Laptop/Desktop with Internet Connection.
Fixed Salary per month with mobile reimbursement.
Job Role
Must have experience in IT recruitment(Contract & Permanent staffing)
Good knowledge in technologies.
Sourcing the suitable and quality candidates from the target companies with the help of resources provided
Sourcing the candidate through job portals like Naukri and monster and also through network and reference.

Coordinating with them in weekday and weekends drive.
Responsible to coordinate with offered candidate until joins the organization.
