Drive the growth agenda through leveraging Banca channel and ensuring higher penetration at the Branch level
Take accountibility to build relationships with Banca channel and NBFCs to develop mutually beneficial relationship
Managing existing Bancassurance and Allied Relationships
Provide end to end solutions to Banca partners thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met
Responsible for achieving the top line targets thru banca partners
Regularly monitoring and controling cover notes
Conversion of IMD's to IRDA
Monitoring MIS and sharing with the IMD's regularly
Open to take up new initiatives and responsibilities
Self Motivated
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation skills
Understanding of Insurance Products

Qualification - Graduation
Experience - 1 - 8 years
Preferred Industry - Insurance / Bank
Experience of working with Bank / NBFC in previous role is preferred
